Fulfillment Policy – Refunds and Cancellations

At Zator Media, we aim to provide exceptional digital marketing services to our clients. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness in our business practices.

Refund Policy:

  1. Digital Services: As a provider of digital marketing services, our work is highly customized and time-intensive. We do not offer refunds on services that have been already performed or completed. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Social Media Management
    • Content Creation
    • Paid Advertising Campaigns
    • Website Design and Development
    • Analytics and Reporting Services

  2. Cancellation of Ongoing Services: Clients may request the cancellation of ongoing services. However, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billable at our standard rates. We require written notice of cancellation and will stop work as soon as feasibly possible.

Client Responsibilities:

  1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of our services.
  2. Any delays caused by missing information or prolonged client approval may impact project timelines and outcomes.


Exceptions:

If Zator Media is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or a failure on our part, we will work with the client to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include refunds or credits for future services.
